What Is Your Refund Policy?

HomeFi's Wireless Portable Router Return Policy:

Our 14-day return policy:

HomeFi offers refunds on first-time purchases within 14 days of receiving your device in the mail. To begin the return process, please submit your cancellation request here within the first 14 days of having the device. A refund may take up to 7 business days to process and will begin once HomeFi receives the device back. Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable and any additional return labels costs will be deducted from your refund. Submit your cancellation here.

Refunding your internet plan costs:

As soon as you cancel your service, within the 14-day window, your refund for the cost of the plan you selected at checkout  will be initiated. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to process.

Returning your device:

Once you cancel service, you will be required to send your wireless portable router back to HomeFi.

If the device is not sent back within 7 days, or if it is damaged at all, you will be charged a $99 device fee.

*Physical damages, stains, and/or devices returned without their chargers will not be eligible for refunds and subject to the device fee. 

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable and any additional return labels costs will be deducted from your refund.

Canceling your service after the 14-day policy:

There will be no refunds once service is canceled outside of our 14-day return window. 

Once you cancel you are required to ship your device back. If the device is not sent back or is returned damaged, you will be charged a device fee of $99. If a device is not returned within 7 days of canceling, you will also be charged the device fee. 

If you are a customer for at least 1 year and you cancel your plan, any device fee will be waived if you choose not to send the device back.

A refund may take up to 7 business days to process and will begin once HomeFi receives the device back.Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable and any additional return labels costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refunding your internet plan costs:

As soon as you cancel your service, within the 14-day window, your refund for the cost of the plan you selected at checkout will be initiated, along with a refund of your activation charge. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to process.

Returning your LTE Router:

Since the LTE router it not owned by the customer, your LTE router must be returned within 7 days of cancellation. If it is not returned within that time frame, you will be charged a $100 Device Fee. This is includes lost or stolen routers. If you return the LTE router and it is damaged you will also be charged up to a $100 Device Fee. Physical damages, stains, and/or devices returned without their chargers or parts will be subject to the device fee.

As stated above, once you cancel service, you will be required to send your LTE router back to HomeFi. If the device is not sent back or is returned damaged, you will be charged up to a $100 Device Fee.

What if I receive a device that doesn’t work? 

If a device is confirmed defective within the 14-day refund window, you will be eligible for a free replacement device.
